  The salon was a big, pleasant surprise for me. It is very elegant inside, with leather chairs, and nice decor. A friend referred me to Melody to get my hair done for a photoshoot. It seemed a long way to drive from OKC to Shawnee for a hair cut, but I went. And WOW she is amazing. I have a chubby face and curly, frizzy hair, and she managed to not only give it a vibrant new red color, then cut it so that it really looks good on me. The real surprise is when I had to wash out the flat ironing a few days later and the cut STILL looks good. I'll be coming back when it is time for another trim. :)
